CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist/OperatorOur client, a manufacturing company is seeking several CNC Machinists to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of CNC experience, willingness to learn and be dependable which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Grantsburg, WIPay Range: $25 to 34/hour depending on experience level. Quarterly profit sharing bonus included.Shift: 1st & 2nd ShiftWhat's the Job?Operate, set-up and adjust CNC lathes including multiple spindle CNC lathes.Do operational sequence planning; install chucks and collets, set bar stock feed mechanism and stops to perform operations such as face, turn, drill, ream, bore, tap, thread and cut off stock up to the capacity of the machineCheck parts produced for dimensional and finish conformance to specificationsRemove and reset tooling or otherwise adjust machine as requiredRemove machined parts, bar ends and turnings from machine.What's Needed?High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience preferred.Must be competent in the use of complicated drawings, shop mathematics, handbook formulas and a variety of precision measuring instruments.What's in it for me?Great co. culture!Excellent Medical, Dental & Vision benefitsRetirement account-Co. contributes 3% annually401k co. match up to 5%Quarterly profit sharing bonusIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
