GOV Bedford, IN, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1040 Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $47,000.00 Annually Description of work and responsibilities Receive and inspect material; verify quantities, identification, packaging condition and delivery documents. Validate and retain key supporting documents; record receipts and acceptance status in Navy ERP. Maintain order and shipment files; research delayed deliveries and support transportation, supply and quality discrepancy reports. Prepare shipment documentation, including DD Form 1149; coordinate pickup, provide shipment status and help resolve misrouted material. Assist with packaging, labeling, loading, inventory and disposal documentation, including matching material to turn-in records. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform the duties above and use applicable Government systems, SOPs and records controls. 1+ years of experience in a shipping and receiving role Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with inventory management software Knowledge of shipping regulations and requirements Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Additional Requirements Must possess an active SECRET security clearance COMPANY OVERVIEW DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc.
