Base Salary: $55,000–$62,000 + Bonus Potential Up to $11,700 Annually

Vangeloff Management KFC Inc., one of the largest KFC franchise organizations in Michigan, operates 16 locations throughout Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties . We are looking for experienced, customer-focused leaders to join our team as Restaurant General Managers .

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will have full responsibility for leading a million-dollar-plus business, developing a strong management team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, controlling costs, and driving sales and profitability.

This isn't just about running shifts. You are the leader of the restaurant and the person responsible for building the team and delivering results.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $55,000–$62,000 per year
• Monthly Performance Bonus Program
• Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $11,700
• Total Compensation Potential: Up to $73,700 annually
• Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and restaurant sales volume

What You'll Do

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will take ownership of your restaurant's people, operations, guest experience, and financial performance.

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team
• Develop Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and future Restaurant General Managers
• Build effective schedules based on business needs and sales forecasts
• Drive sales growth and restaurant profitability
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Maintain high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Ensure compliance with KFC brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies
• Create a positive, accountable, and engaging work environment
• Set clear expectations and hold yourself and your team accountable for results
• Identify opportunities and create action plans to continuously improve restaurant performance

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Restaurant management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work a minimum 50-hour, 5-day workweek
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and limited holidays as business needs require
• Ability to successfully lead, coach, develop, and hold a team accountable
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
