Job Description Leaders will go through a detailed program that is designed to set everyone up for success through tasks and developing/honing leadership traits.Each level of leadership will have specific tasks designed to engage them in daily operations. You will hone your leadership skills while you are at each leadership level in order to be prepared for the role above. At the upper levels of leadership you will be able to dive into aspects of daily operation such as innovating processes, analyzing different sales metrics, and growing the people and the business.
