We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This role assists individuals with day-to-day living skills and encourages active participation in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support individuals in developing independence and life skills
- Accompany individuals to community activities, appointments, and social events
- Provide respectful, person-centered care in a safe and supportive environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to engage in community outings
- Experience preferred, but training provided
