Senior Revenue Manager

Overview Altera is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to lead the global revenue accounting function in a complex, high-volume semiconductor environment. The role ensures compliance with ASC 606, drives scalable processes, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to support business growth while maintaining strong internal controls. Responsibilities Lead the global revenue accounting function ensuring compliance with ASC 606. Analyze complex arrangements including multi‑element contracts, distributor sales, rebates, and other variable consideration. Oversee month‑end and quarter‑end close processes, review journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue analytics. Partner with FP&A and Sales Operations for reporting, forecasting, and business insights. Provide insights into revenue trends, margin impacts, and key business drivers to senior leadership and investors. Drive automation and ERP enhancements, champion data integrity, analytics, and real‑time reporting capabilities. Lead digital transformation initiatives to handle high‑volume, high‑complexity semiconductor transactions. Serve as the primary liaison with auditors on revenue matters and ensure readiness for SEC reporting requirements, including disclosures. Ensure SOX compliance within the order‑to‑cash process. Lead, mentor, and scale a global revenue accounting organization; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred. 10+ years of accounting experience. Strong ASC 606 expertise. 5+ years of leadership experience. Preferred: Semiconductor, hardware, or manufacturing experience. ERP experience (OracleFusion). Strong understanding of the channel/distribution ecosystem, supply chain and inventory flows, and high‑volume transaction environments.
