Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for resident billing, collections, Medicaid applications, insurance follow-up, and business office operations within our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents and families with Medicaid applications and financial documentation

• Manage resident billing, collections, and monthly aging reports

• Meet with residents and families regarding financial obligations and payment arrangements

• Execute admission agreements and related financial paperwork

• Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals

• Maintain accurate resident records in accordance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Business office, billing, collections, or administrative experience preferred

• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
