Our client is a fast-growing clinical research organization with more than 30 locations across 10+ states and continued expansion planned for 2026 and beyond. Their research network supports a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiology, CNS, metabolic disease, pulmonology, vaccines, and other specialties. This position supports one of the organization’s established oncology research locations in Century City. POSITION

Our client is hiring a Clinical Research Documentation Assistant to help maintain accurate, complete, and organized study records for active oncology clinical trials. This role is focused heavily on document organization, electronic filing, quality review, tracking, and maintaining audit-ready research records. This is a strong opportunity for someone with clinical research, regulatory documentation, medical records, document control, or healthcare administrative experience who enjoys detailed and highly organized work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, organize, upload, index, and maintain clinical trial source documents within electronic systems Review uploaded documentation for accuracy, completeness, legibility, and proper filing Maintain document trackers and follow up on missing, incomplete, or incorrectly filed records Work with clinical operations, regulatory, and data teams to resolve documentation issues Help maintain study files in preparation for audits, inspections, and study closeout Follow applicable clinical research regulations, internal procedures, and document-management standards

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 year of experience in clinical research, document management, healthcare administration, or a related environment Familiarity with clinical trial documentation such as source records, informed consent forms, regulatory binders, or case report forms is preferred Experience using electronic document, CTMS, eTMF, or signature systems is a plus Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other electronic record systems Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high volume of documents and deadlines Familiarity with GCP, FDA requirements, medical terminology, or clinical research compliance is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr SQRL
