Salary: $325,000 - $600,000 per year

Job Details

A well-established, physician-led cosmetic surgery practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join its growing surgical team in Raleigh, North Carolina.

This is an outstanding opportunity for either an experienced surgeon or a recently trained physician looking to establish a long-term cosmetic practice within a highly respected and rapidly growing aesthetic organization.

Supported by multiple successful medical spa locations, the practice offers an established referral pipeline, strong brand recognition, and an existing patient base that creates immediate opportunities for surgical growth.

The incoming surgeon will perform a broad range of cosmetic facial and body procedures while enjoying significant clinical autonomy, dedicated operating room access, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic surgical procedures involving the face, breast, and body
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and treatment planning
• Develop long-term patient relationships through exceptional outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with medical aesthetic providers to optimize patient care
• Participate in practice growth initiatives, community education, and marketing efforts
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest clinical standards

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Fellowship training or substantial aesthetic surgery experience preferred
• Eligible for unrestricted North Carolina medical licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for cosmetic surgery and outstanding patient care
• Interest in practice development and long-term growth
