About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Service Operations and Excellence. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the operational model that ensures safe, consistent, efficient, and scalable service delivery, with a focus on maximizing the lifetime value of customers' energy assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, global infrastructure, security management, fleet performance, service platform development, digital operations, and capability and training development. Key responsibilities include owning the global operational infrastructure, leading continuous improvement initiatives, establishing and managing operational performance metrics, and leading the digital service center. The role also involves cross-functional leadership, particularly in partnering with product management, engineering, customer success, supply chain, IT, and regional operations to deliver enterprise-wide transformation. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of executive leadership experience in services operations, operational excellence, or related fields, with a strong background in digital transformation and a proven track record of scaling operating models. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. Key competencies include being an operational executive with strong business and systems thinking, a data-driven decision-maker, and a strategic thinker capable of translating digital technologies into measurable value. The role requires a strong leader who can influence complex, cross-functional organizations and is comfortable leading transformation while driving governance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
