• Overseeing daily food preparation and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensuring quality and consistency of food and beverages.
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Assisting with inventory management, supply ordering, and cost awareness.
• Implementing quality standards and procedures.
• Creating a positive and exciting workplace culture.
• Conducting routine checks to ensure equipment and operations are functioning efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate cash handling and ensuring adherence to airport and regulatory guidelines.

• Previous foodservice leadership experience.
