Required skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with unrestricted Texas medical licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Proven experience in labor and delivery, obstetric emergencies, and inpatient care.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Nice to have skills:

• Prior experience as a locum or in a hospitalist role.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
• Advanced certifications such as ATLS or NRP.

Preferred education and experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent obstetric practice in a hospital setting.
• Valid Texas medical license or eligibility for licensing in Texas.

• Availability to start on 12/31/2025.
• Willingness to comply with hospital policies and participate in ongoing training.
