Data runs on STACK.THE POSITION:The Learning & Development Manager with STACK Infrastructure, Inc. is a dynamic and creative thinker responsible for curriculum development, training delivery, and learning effectiveness of cross enterprise programs to meet and advance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Reporting to the Director, Talent, the L&D Manager will work closely alongside organizational leadership, to create, facilitate, and evaluate full-cycle training programs aligned with our wider business objectives, while also meeting the individual needs of employees. This role will require advanced skills in needs assessment, stakeholder relationship management, measurement and evaluation, development and delivery of both ILT and vILT training, career path development, and people leadership skills. You will play a critical role in how we develop and retain talent at STACK. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct needs analysis to uncover organizational and department training needs, including an assessment of current training programs and materials, to implement the learning & development strategyCreate career development opportunities and career pathing programs to develop teams, positions, and individualsDeliver specific learning courses, both online and in-person, implementing creative and engaging training techniquesMeasure and evaluate learning effectiveness to be sure learning is translating to performance back on the job and aligned to business objectivesPartner with LMS Admin to manage rosters for STACK training classes, including working with individual departments and leadership to develop timely and automated reporting for classes and for compliance tracking as wellDevelop individual training modules and tracks, including for onboarding and company-wide systemsWork alongside technical subject matter experts to review, develop, and monitor training programs, including issuing relevant certifications and examinationsTHE DETAILS:Location: Denver, COTravel: Up to 30%Bonus: 10% potential, annuallyBenefits: Healthcare, Dental Care, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Leave ProgramsMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust pass comprehensive background and drug screeningEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.5+ Years of proven experience as a Learning & Development or Training Manager5+ years of experience supporting Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, or related functions.Advanced capability in learning needs assessment and career path developmentAdvanced capability in measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives via the Kirkpatrick modelExcellent people leadership skills with demonstrated ability to conduct performance management, coaching, feedback, and difficult conversationsExperience with effective learning and development methodsExcellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skillsAbility to collaborate well and to build positive and supportive relationships with coworkers across departmentsExperience with Learning Management Systems, preferably WorkdaySolid project management, AI, and time management skillsHigh level of proficiency in MS Office suiteThis Might Be Right For You If:You’re a passionate and creative corporate trainer who thrives on implementing training methods that help adult learners to engage and apply learning back on the jobYou work well cross-functionally, possess initiative and attention to detail, and appreciate a challenge to brainstorm and think outside of the box, alongside your colleaguesYou’re adaptable and can seamlessly navigate from facilitating an onboarding experience, to a high-level leadership development program, without breaking a sweatSystems and technology are your ally – you are comfortable navigating AI and the full MS Office suite.Compensation Range:$115,540.00 - $128,260.00THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.You do not get flustered easily.
