Position Summary The role involves providing member service, operating the checkout area, and ensuring safety and security compliance during variable shifts. What You’ll Do Provide member service and assistance at the checkout area. Process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Verify membership cards and resolve member issues and concerns. Maintain entrance and exit areas, ensuring a safe shopping environment and adherence to security procedures. Zone, arrange, and organize merchandise to optimize store presentation and inventory accuracy. Handle merchandise properly and report unsafe conditions to facility management. Collect and maintain required paperwork, logs, and documentation. Assist in training new Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, technologies, and tools. Support continuous learning and process improvement initiatives. Execute emergency response procedures as needed. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register. Experience working with mobile retail applications.
