Our office is currently partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Quakertown, PA in their search for an Inside Sales Representative.

Inside Sales Representative Details:

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30am-4pm
• Pay Rate: $25/hr
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Quakertown, PA

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Process Sales Orders in coordination with Key Account and Outside Sales Managers.
• Monitor the main Sales inbox and respond to customers within 1–2 business days.
• Review Sales Orders for inventory availability, pricing accuracy, and required updates (pricing, Incoterms, etc.).
• Confirm orders and delivery dates through customer portals and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to verify delivery timelines and resolve material shortages.
• Support quoting by identifying materials, costs, and lead times.
• Review open order reports and provide updated delivery information to clients.
• Work with Technical Sales to build product and service knowledge.
• Create, assign, and close Work Orders; work with BOMs as needed.
• Build rapport with clients and support company image.
• Organize electronic files in OneDrive per ISO requirements.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable working across departments and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
