Machine Operator - Eden
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Saturday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime is mandatory
Pay Rates
- 16.25 USD hourly
Must-have Requirements for Machine Operator
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for a full-time, flexible schedule
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to wear steel toe or safety toe shoes for 10-12 hours a day, up to 6 days a week
Role for Machine Operator
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to operational procedures
- Monitor machine performance and conduct regular quality checks
- Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
