Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA – Home Health Sanford, NC 27331 | 35.4699 | -79.1649 BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the Davidson County Visits office located in Thomasville, NC. The successful candidate will provide home health occupational therapy services covering Chatham and Lee counties in North Carolina. Responsibilities Provide client visits as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, delivering rehabilitative and skilled nursing care. Work closely with Occupational Therapists, nurses, and other health professionals to maintain clients’ safety, independence, and dignity. Travel within the assigned territory to deliver consistent, high‑quality care. Qualifications Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by the state of North Carolina. Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, or hold equivalent experience and proficiency exam certification.
