Additional information can be found at Work Location: 6635 Kirkville Road, East Syracuse, NY Work Hours: 7:30AM-5:00PM Scope: Project Support Engineer (PSE) will monitor actively running projects and provide support to the various functional groups in the endeavor to stay within budgetary and time constraints. PSE will be responsible for ensuring timely allocation of resources to their program, near-term risk forecasting and mitigation, and escalation of issues that need assistance outside of manufacturing personnel to resolve. Duties: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, schedules, and budgets. Closely monitor assigned project's status through the manufacturing process, escalating issues as needed and monitoring Risks and Opportunities. Quickly and accurately share project or program status internally to the correct personnel, ensuring that the organization is taking appropriate action to resolve issues and maintain both budget and schedule. Assist in developing and maintaining detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Support the preparation of customer status reports, as needed, by providing appropriate data to PMO, sometimes relaying status and explanations to customers directly when the situation requires. Work closely with production personnel to develop a thorough understanding of factors impacting production. Lead cross-functional teams to solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Perform all other related duties as directed by Supervisor. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across functional groups. Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate financial principles Advanced technical acumen with the ability and willingness to learn technical concepts, read dimensioned drawings, and understand written specifications. Exceptional decision making and critical thinking abilities. Ability to understand complex systems and cause-effect relationships in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to build relationships in a cross-functional environment (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.). Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze relevant data to support problem-solving efforts. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project). Must possess the ability to follow written processes and maintain accurate documentation. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $76,202 - $127,003 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location. Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
