RTO policy: Baycare does not allow any RTO in their contracts, if the candidate has RTO that is a deal breaker and they d like to discuss with the manager they will be sent as a screen regardless if the position is an Aya offer or Client offer. The RTO will be need worked out between traveler and manager, CDM will have no involvement as the dates are not allowed in the contracts. Please confirm traveler is aware upon submission.

Return Staff Policy- Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning to any Baycare facility as a traveler. At this time BayCare is only allowing return travelers to apply to their new positions in the following specialties for all facilities: ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, and MS/Tele. Travelers must have completed a contract within the last year since 7/1/2022.

SMOKE FREE FACILITY Compliance Docs due two Fridays before the Monday start (10 days before start). Pass/Fail EKG exam (3 attempts) Modules: Modules are billable, up to 8 hours for RN and 4 hours for Allied.
