$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | $42–$52/Hour + Shift Differentials
Mesa, Arizona | Full-Time | Three 12-Hour Shifts

Additional Shift Differentials:

• Weeknight: 10%

• Weekend day: 15%

• Weekend night: 30%

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a behavioral health setting

• Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans

• Administer medications and monitor patients’ responses to treatment

• Support patients through crisis stabilization, recovery, and discharge planning

• Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, behavioral health technicians, and other clinical professionals

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license

• Behavioral health, psychiatric, detox, emergency, corrections, or medical-surgical experience is welcomed

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and de-escalation skills

• Compassion for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
