Aspire Senior Living, a premier resident-focused care provider, is seeking a qualified Transportation Driver to join our team. As a Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents by transporting them to appointments, social events, and other activities. Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from designated locations, following all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of transportation experiences, including arrival and departure times, and any issues encountered
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless transportation experiences
• Perform routine vehicle checks, reporting any maintenance or repairs needs to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe transportation vehicle
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of transportation services

Requirements:

• Active CPR certification required
• Active Class E Licensure required
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required
