Enrollment Coordinator

The Enrollment Coordinator utilizes information, software, and procedures effectively to engage with prospective students from first inquiry to enrollment in Troy University. The Enrollment Coordinator assists in attracting and enrolling, students by one-on-one admissions counseling, in-person appointments, phone calls, texts, and emails. The Enrollment Coordinator also collaborates with other departments related to recruiting, enrolling, and retaining students. Utilizing CRM software to communicate with prospective students and document all activities Communicating in most effective manner with prospective student to help enrollment Assisting prospects with information related to enrollment requirements, program content and other areas of the university as necessary Working closely with admitting students to get them to enroll in classes Working closely with financial aid and advisors to help student successfully begin classes Assisting with unofficial evaluations as needed Assisting with walk-in prospective students/applicants and fielding phone calls from prospective students/applicants Monitors and communicates program and policy changes Utilizing appropriate CRM software to admit students Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Other duties needed to help admissions office meet enrollment goals Minimum Qualifications

1. Minimum of one year of recruiting and/or sales experience
2. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university
3. Must have reliable transportation and valid current driver’s license
4. Ability to meet and maintain auto insurance eligibility requirements
5. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? Driving is a primary responsibility Work Hours Standard office hours Some evenings and weekends could be required List any hazardous conditions or physical demands required by this position Lifting and carrying boxes that weigh more than 20 lbs. Sitting behind a desk and computer screen for more than 6 hrs in a day. Does this position have supervisory responsibility?
