Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or compact equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong experience with patient assessment, individualized care planning, and discharge coordination.
• Ability to lead ancillary staff and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
