Job Overview Retail Event Marketing Manager – LeafHome, Charleston, SC 29403, USA. Full‑time, Permanent. Compensation: $72,200.00 per year with weekly direct deposit and industry‑leading benefits. The Retail Event Marketing Manager will oversee and develop a Retail Marketing Team across ten stores, driving brand awareness and lead generation in local markets. Responsibilities Develop and execute retail‑based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for follow‑up. Plan and schedule activities for the Retail Marketing Team in the assigned territory. Manage budgeting and staffing within retail affiliates. Lead the team in generating new sales leads and coordinating marketing material and equipment. Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to enhance brand presence. Recruit, hire, train, and develop Retail Marketers; establish accountability through goals and KPIs. Develop timelines, organizational plans, and internal communications for cohesiveness and transparency. Track and report retail metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of partnerships. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of successful lead generation and management experience in direct‑to‑consumer industries. Strong recruiting, training, and budgeting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Self‑starter with ability to manage and develop others. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong planning, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills. Knowledge of current best practices in retail marketing. Willingness to travel within the territory as needed and work evenings or weekends. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access). Ability to adapt to fast‑paced, high‑energy, team‑oriented environments. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage one’s own emotions and foster positive relationships. Physical Requirements Standard office and field work environments; exposure to varying temperatures. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; frequently up to 30 pounds; constantly up to 10 pounds.
