Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Entry Level All Positions Available – Storefront – Barista, Cashier (Weekend availability required) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to individual needs. Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest’s experience the best. Work as a team, follow direction, and collaborate with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for both employees and customers. Perform job‑specific duties including POS, barista, and fresh bread handling. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Work hard and have fun while doing so. Cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skill. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
