Production Lead

Production Worker

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our team! In this role, you will support daily production operations by performing hands-on tasks to ensure products are prepared, inspected, and packaged efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay:

• Day and night shifts available
• 12-hour shifts
• $18.00 – $18.75 per hour (based on shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual production tasks including packet placing, repacking, and case stacking
• Support pack-off processes and ensure products are prepared for shipment
• Conduct final product inspections to maintain quality standards
• Follow safety procedures while working in a production environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership experience required
• Ability to read and write in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
