Construction Project Manager in Kimberton, PA – Open to discussJob DescriptionWhat You'll DoLead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budgetServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsProvide leadership and oversight to project managers, assistant project managers, and project teamsDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cash flow projectionsIdentify project risks early and proactively implement solutionsLead contract negotiations, change management, and project financial reportingMaintain strict safety, quality, and client satisfaction standards throughout all phases of constructionCollaborate closely with estimating, field operations, and executive leadership to ensure seamless project executionHelp develop and improve project management systems, procedures, and best practicesParticipate in business development efforts, client relationship management, and strategic planning initiativesWhat We're Looking For8+ years of project management experience in commercial, institutional, healthcare, senior living, and/or high-end residential constructionDemonstrated success managing complex construction projects from $5M to $25M+Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing project teamsProven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract managementProficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and related construction management softwareBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredA collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvementCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus programProfit sharing401(k)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offThis is a full-time, on-site position based out of our headquarters in Kimberton, Pennsylvania. #J-18808-Ljbffr SHIV SOFTWARE EXPERTS LLC
