Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekend coverage from 9 AM to 5 PM, including on-call duties (30-minute response time).
• Manage a patient load of 15 to 18 individuals per shift.
• Work within an inpatient care environment.
• Handle a call volume of 3 to 5 phone consultations every 24 hours.
• Maintain a callback rate of 30% for unassigned patients during locum tenens calls.
• Offer coverage for vacation and paid time off (PTO).
