CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Columbia City, IN
Pay: $18-$30/hr, based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Pro Resources Staffing Services is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a precision manufacturing company in Columbia City, IN!

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with all levels of CNC experience. No CNC experience? No problem! Training is available for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.

Job Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
Load and unload machines and inspect finished parts.
Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Monitor part quality and make machine adjustments as needed.
Read blueprints and follow production specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

CNC experience preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
Blueprint reading and measuring tool experience are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay Based on Experience

Entry-Level: $18-$22/hr
Experienced: $22-$27/hr
Senior: $27-$30/hr
