Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: From outlining needs to finalizing placements.

Your Profile
- 23+ years of experience in agency recruiting or sales.
- Strong foundation in healthcare knowledge or a willingness to learn from our coaching.
- Aptitude for maintaining client relationships and executing offers.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (training provided for ours).
- An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to build and grow.
