This position offers the opportunity to continue growing your skills while advancing your career within the organization.****What You’ll Do:****A day in this role may include:*** **Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.*** **Sales Support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.*** **Site Maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.*** **Workflow Optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.*** **Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.*** **Operational Support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.****Core Competencies*** **Customer-Centric Mindset*** **Results-Driven Execution*** **Safety & Operational Compliance*** **Effective Communication (Verbal and Written)****Requirements*** **Age: At least 16 years of age.*** **Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.*** **Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
