AI Architect - Software Development

We're Hiring | AI Architect – Software Development | Lattice Semiconductor | San Jose, CA

At Lattice Semiconductor, we're building the next generation of low-power FPGA solutions — and we need a sharp AI Architect to lead the development of a large-scale Agentic AI system that automates complex engineering workflows.

What you'll do:

• Design multi-agent workflows using LLMs, VLMs and structured reasoning
• Build RAG pipelines, fine-tune frontier models (LoRA/QLoRA) and design guardrails
• Architect agent interfaces, memory systems and evaluation frameworks
• Deploy and optimise model serving pipelines (vLLM/TGI/Triton)

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years building ML or LLM-powered products
• Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, vLLM
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines and LLM fine-tuning
• Bonus: FPGA or EDA workflow familiarity
