Job Title: Production Operator – Overnight Shift

• Pay: $17-20/hr + built-in overtime + skill-based increases
• Shift: Overnight, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 3 consecutive days on / 4+ days off (up to 7 days off)
• Location: Local manufacturing facility
• Bonuses: Pay increases with cross-training + team-based bonus opportunities

• Operate and monitor equipment on a 410-ft corrugator line
• Work on different sections (wet end / dry end) as you train
• Stack, move, and prepare materials for production flow
• Make basic machine adjustments and keep lines running
• Perform quality checks using basic tools (tape measure, hand tools)
• Load/unload materials and maintain steady production
• Work closely with your team to hit production goals
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts (3 days/week)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Willingness to learn, rotate positions, and build new skills
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work

Preferred:

• Manufacturing, corrugated, or machine operation experience
• Forklift or material handling exposure
• Trade school or technical training

Clean, organized, light-industrial facility producing corrugated materials for packaging. You’ll work around large, high-speed equipment in a team-driven environment focused on safety and efficiency. Temps vary seasonally (non-climate controlled). PPE provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of North Tonawanda, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
