Quality Control specialist

Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity, and no prior warehouse experience is required. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, work as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of key process control points and verify process change points.
• Promptly address abnormalities occurring on the production line; conduct daily review of defective modules and investigate the related root causes.
• Conduct MSA testing for critical positions and inspection equipment; audit the competency of personnel in critical positions; monitor SPC data; and manage the preparation, selection, testing, and follow-up of reliability samples.
• Drive and follow up on corrective actions for issues identified during daily audits, and summarize and analyze weekly quality data.
• Assist other departments with process improvement by collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting process and quality data.
• Provide timely support to the production line to resolve issues when problems occur, and proactively complete tasks assigned by management.

Must have familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Familiar with and able to apply the Seven QC Tools, SPC, and other quality management tools and techniques.
