Job Opportunity: Otolaryngologist – Laryngologist - Head and Neck Surgeon

Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist specializing in Laryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. The preferred candidate will have a keen interest in addressing issues related to globus sensation, swallowing difficulties, and airway stenosis. Additionally, a passion for teaching within a supportive, faith-oriented environment is essential. You will be joining a dedicated team that includes two laryngologists focused on voice disorders and three speech pathologists.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and treat patients with globus, swallowing, and airway stenosis.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring within a collaborative team setting.
• Work alongside experienced laryngologists and speech pathologists.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
• Interest in laryngology and related disorders.
• Commitment to a faith-based, collegial work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $220,000 to $362,000 , depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure reflects base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
