Location: Lima, NY
Shift: A Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Lima, NY. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, tracking, and shipping materials and products accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders
• Accurately stock, organize, and label inventory throughout the warehouse
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems to track inventory movement
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or production needs
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with shipping/receiving paperwork and documentation
• Report damaged goods, shortages, or inventory discrepancies promptly
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Inventory control or inventory management experience required
• Ability to accurately maintain inventory records
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with barcode scanners, inventory software, or ERP systems
• Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
