We are situated in Southwest Minnesota: rural enough to have plenty of outdoor adventures but also just an hour and half East of Sioux Falls, SD. What You Will Be Doing You will be designing and testing products of various complexities. You will evaluating materials and processes to be used within project designs. You are fabricating prototype models for testing. You will be working regularly with customers regarding the product design, specs, and manufacturing capabilities. You are working to improve or modify production equipment. What You Will Bring Along B.S. in Engineering, focus preferred in Electrical or Mechanical Ability to effectively communicate both in person and in writing.
