Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Manager to lead a team of contract specialists and administrators supporting a high-volume manufacturing site. This role is responsible for contract management, compliance, customer experience, risk mitigation, and team leadership across domestic and international commercial and military programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Site Contract Administration Team.
  • Manage contract administration activities, backlog, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Conduct contract risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee workload distribution, contract assignments, and resource planning.
  • Support change management processes and collaborate with site leadership.
  • Provide guidance on contract interpretation, negotiations, and customer communications.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or advanced Contract Management certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of contract management experience, including 2+ years leading and supervising teams.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, government, and military contract administration.
  • Experience managing contracts of varying complexity and scope.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, project management tools, and contract management systems.
