Job Description The position of a Welder requires welding ovens and sub-assembly parts for ovens in Baxter's Manufacturing facility. T·IG 25% and M·IG 75%, of the time. Welding on stainless steel and mild steel. Material gauges are .020 and .250. Shift and Pay Shifts are Monday – Thursday 5am – 3:30pm. Pay is DOE: $21.13 - $26.41 hourly. Job Duties & Responsibilities Use of tape measure, miscellaneous hand tools, a hand drill, a screw gun, and a crane. Work with other assembly and welding personnel in a team environment. Perform job tasks according to schedules, using established safe methods and processes. Work independently towards the goals of the team. Good mechanical aptitude is a must.
