Beast Mode Truckin seeks dependable Class A CDL regional drivers for Upper Midwest lanes. Positions are open to experienced drivers and recent graduates; paid training and on‑road mentoring are provided for drivers with limited experience. Compensation $1,200–$1,400 weekly pay, $0.56–$0.64 per mile. Trainee pay $650/week (typical 4–6 weeks). $15 stop pay. Monthly performance bonus $0.06/mi for drivers exceeding 9,200 miles meeting safety and fuel‑efficiency criteria. Schedule & Home Time Upper Midwest regional lanes. Weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour weekend reset. Day or night shifts. Typical miles: 1,800–2,200/week. Freight & Equipment 53' dry vans. 100% no‑touch freight; majority drop‑and‑hook with occasional live load/unload. Training & Benefits Structured orientation and on‑road mentoring; drivers with under 6 months’ experience typically run OTR with a trainer 4–6 weeks. Benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off) begin after 30 days. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate company 53' dry van trailers in compliance with regulations and company policies; maintain on‑time deliveries and professional customer interactions; follow routing and ELD/logbook procedures; assist with drop‑and‑hook operations as needed. Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL; age21 or older. Experienced drivers: minimum 6months recent driving experience preferred. Recent CDL graduates welcome. Fair driving record: no at‑fault accidents, major violations, disqualifying suspensions, or DUI convictions in the past 5years. Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons. Certain criminal convictions within the past 5years may affect eligibility and will be reviewed individually. Stable employment history (limited gaps).
