Role overview As the Art Director, you will guide the conceptual and stylistic direction of diverse projects. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, developers and other content specialists to shape experiences across branding, marketing and technology initiatives. Responsibilities Assist in design management on large, medium and small projects (website development, print collateral, identity, and video) from start to finish with minimal senior oversight Lead and coordinate Graphic Designer(s) on projects Analyze problems and propose effective solutions Translate strategic and conceptual ideas into compelling design experiences Communicate design-related issues with clients Show initiative with strong written and verbal communication Prioritize and manage work effectively Adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate excellent time management, organization and communication skills Requirements Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Client-facing experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to groups Ability to lead cross-functional teams including creative and technology, by setting project objectives Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow You are a good listener who is also persuasive, using facts and clear arguments to influence decisions 3 years of professional graphic design experience Portfolio showing a diverse range of branding and UI design Familiarity with digital marketing and web development technologies Knowledge of Google Drive and common internet tools, including web browsers, project management systems, social media and search advertising platforms, and email programs Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
