Your work will empower clients to live independently while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.What You'll Do:Provide personalized care to clients according to their individual care plansAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (including catheter care)Assist with mobility and transfers to promote physical well-beingPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferencesProvide light housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean environment for clientsAccompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as required.Deliver personalized care tailored to clients' individual care plans.Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisorCollaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each clientWhat We're Looking For:A compassionate, reliable, and responsible individual. Physical ability to assist with personal care tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of professional caregiving experience (or a willingness to learn—we provide training!). Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months.
