Reference: PR/610660_1790017154A rapidly growing advanced manufacturing company in the energy storage and electrification sector is seeking a Quality Director to lead quality strategy across manufacturing operations, warehousing, and supplier management. This is a key leadership role supporting a major production ramp-up at a newly established U.S. manufacturing facility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of quality across manufacturing, warehousing, customer quality, product quality, and supplier quality.Develop and implement quality systems, tools, and processes to support operational excellence.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and resource optimizing.Ensure successful production scale-up while maintaining customer requirements and product performance standards.Oversee supplier quality programs and collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure consistent quality and compliance.Manage customer-facing quality initiatives, issue resolution, and aftermarket support.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.10+ years of manufacturing quality leadership experience.Demonstrated success implementing quality systems and supporting production ramp-ups.Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.Knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality management systems.Preferred ExperienceSix Sigma, ASQ CQE, or other quality certifications.Experience in automotive, battery, EV, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.Background in supplier quality and global supply chain operations.CompensationBase salary: $180,000 - $230,00020% annual bonusComprehensive benefits package
