Job Description Job Title: Procurement Specialist / Contract Analyst (Hybrid) Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote other days) Note: Candidates outside Metro Phoenix will be considered if they can commute for the required onsite days. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist / Contract Analyst to support the full procurement lifecycle for assigned commodities and services. The ideal candidate will assist with solicitations, contract administration, market analysis, procurement compliance, and customer support activities while ensuring adherence to procurement statutes, regulations, and policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, procurement knowledge, contract management experience, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end procurement process for assigned commodities and services Prepare solicitations and procurement documentation including RFPs, RFQs, IFBs , and related materials Assist with evaluations, negotiations, presentations, and contract award activities Develop and review technical and performance specifications in collaboration with stakeholders Provide procurement guidance and support to internal customers Conduct market research, spend analysis, and procurement data analysis Assist in contract administration activities ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Participate in post-award meetings and support contract implementation activities Initiate and process contract extensions, amendments, and change orders Review Sole Source and Emergency Procurement requests for compliance Draft procurement determinations and supporting documentation for management review Participate in meetings, focus groups, and statewide contract initiatives as needed Support special procurement projects and assignments Required Qualifications Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, contracts, or purchasing activities Knowledge of procurement policies, regulations, statutes, and compliance requirements Experience preparing solicitation and contract documentation Understanding of contract administration and procurement lifecycle processes Experience with contract amendments, extensions, and change orders Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience Preferred Skills Experience with Sole Source and Emergency Procurement processes Market research and vendor analysis experience Contract negotiations and evaluation support Procurement compliance and documentation experience Experience supporting statewide contracts Keywords / ATS Skills Procurement, Contract Administration, Purchasing, RFP, RFQ, IFB, Solicitation Development, Contract Management, Procurement Compliance, Market Research, Vendor Management, Change Orders, Contract Amendments, Public Procurement, Sole Source Procurement, Emergency Procurement, Negotiations, Procurement Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Contract Lifecycle Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr ProAxis Consulting
