Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to deliver a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face therapy sessions in San Antonio, TX. The position is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Role Summary Provide individual and/or couples/caregiver therapy to clients, seeing 25+ sessions per week. Functions within a hybrid care model, offering both virtual and in‑person appointments as scheduled. Responsibilities Conduct therapeutic sessions via telehealth and in‑person appointments. Manage a caseload of 25+ sessions weekly, maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Participate in ongoing peer consultation, supervision (if desired), and professional development activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support client outcomes. Qualifications Active, unrestricted LCSW license in Texas (or pending license in Texas if in final stages of completion). Ability to live and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Strong character, including integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care. Experience or interest in clinical leadership or supervisory roles is an asset. Compensation & Benefits Base compensation up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Guaranteed, bi‑weekly pay as a W2 employee. Paid orientation and annual pay adjustments. Paid time off and flexible scheduling (7 am–10 pm, 7 days per week). No‑show protection and caseload build support within 90 days of credentialing.
