Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire National Trauma Nursing Core Course - Emergency Nurses Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire 1 year Emergency Nursing experience.
