Retail Merchandiser

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as a Retail Merchandiser with POG experience for a project in Shelton, CT paying $21/hr . This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience and know how to read POG. You will support a large retail reset by stocking products and documenting progress using our app.

Schedule & Hours

Pay: $21/hour
Start Date: August 24th, 2026
Start Time: 8:00 AM
Shift Length: 8 hours (includes unpaid lunch break)
Arrival: 15 minutes early required

Responsibilities

Check in with the store manager upon arrival on behalf of Acosta.
Complete assigned reset tasks as directed by the Team Lead.
Take before photos of all shelving and areas.
Restock merchandise and track inventory, keeping count of all cases packed out.
Record the total number of cases restocked.
Document completed work using the Survey Merchandiser App.

Requirements (Must Have)

Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
