Real Estate Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its expanding Dallas office (open to Houston / Austin). The team advises developers, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, lenders and corporate occupiers on a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions across the United States. Associates can expect exposure to matters including: acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate assets real estate finance and secured lending transactions development and regeneration projects joint ventures and co-investment arrangements leasing and asset management matters real estate aspects of wider corporate and private equity transactions. Associates are given significant responsibility from an early stage, working directly with clients on complex transactions while collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm's corporate, finance and construction practices. The Dallas office forms a key part of the firm's national real estate platform, offering access to high-quality deal flow across sectors including industrial, logistics, multifamily, office, hospitality, energy and digital infrastructure, within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
