Quick Facts Location: 1001 South George Street, York, PA 17403, United States Start Date: 07/20/2026 (flexible) End Date: 10/19/2026 Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: PA License or IMLC, DEA Experience: 1+ year Urology practice experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43/hour Pay Package Includes: Comprehensive pay, licensure, travel reimbursement where applicable Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, robust referral bonus program, 24/7 support team, licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements What You ll Do Provide urological consultations and procedures in accordance with best practices Perform core urological procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and rare penile implants Supervise advanced practice providers and support staff Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams to provide patient-centered care Manage call coverage and emergency procedures as scheduled Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation What You Need Board Certification or BE in Urology PA License or IMLC License DEA registration Minimum 1-year Urology experience Strong procedural and patient care skills Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills About the Assignment Join a well-equipped facility with 16 operating rooms at York Hospital and Apple Hill Surgery Center, offering a mix of outpatient and surgical urology procedures in a collaborative environment. Robotic surgery capabilities available, with supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants as needed.
