Relationship Banker

Primary Office Location: 217 North Granard Street, Gaffney, South Carolina 29341. Position Title: Relationship Banker Business Unit: RetailReports to: Varies Based on Assignment Position Overview This role focuses on developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent executes branch lead activities under Manager direction, handles all customer transaction requests, and identifies opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads while adhering to all FNB policies, procedures, and Core Values. The position may require work at various market locations. Primary Responsibilities Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. Make appropriate recommendations for selling and cross‑selling bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Using FNB‑approved branch technology, input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Ensure the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other tasks per established policies and procedures. Perform related duties and projects as assigned. Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risk in alignment with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk‑management program. Adhere to compliance mandates issued by regulatory laws and company procedures. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. 0+ years of job‑related experience. Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented with proficiency in PC and job‑related software: MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), MS PowerPoint (basic). Experience in a related position and knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services. Sales and customer service skills.
